Room Layouts

The townhouses have several different bedroom configurations as outlined below. In addition to the bedrooms, each townhouse has one, one and a half or two baths, a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Floor coverings are wall to wall carpet with vinyl linoleum in the kitchens and baths. All units feature high speed internet access which, like all utilities, is included in the students' base rent.
